VIP EXPERIENCE

I am offering a unique VIP Experience Day! It is a Virtual Assistant (VA) for a Day where you receive a dedicated and deep-focused block of time from me to complete your back-end admin and organizational business tasks so you can experience those feelings and focus your energy on growing your business! 

VIP Day is for you if you:

  • have a punch list of admin items you want to get done and 'just don't have time to get to them'

  • have one or more projects you need done in a short amount of time

  • need the motivation to get something done on a specific date rather than continually pushing it off

  • want to focus your time and energy on the income-generating work that lights you up!

  • value speed and convenience

  • have the budget for this type of exclusive service

  • are willing to do the prep work necessary so we can make the best use of our time together

What are some ideas of tasks that can be handled in a day?

  • Calendly Appointment Scheduler set up

  • Google Drive file creation/organization  

  • Research on various topics, travel

  • Create/Update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 

  • Social Media Scheduling (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn - you provide the copy/content) 

  • Spreadsheet Creation, Data Entry, updates 

  • Filtering/Organizing emails and inboxes, unsubscribing

  • Creating/Sending Invoices 

  • Adding Expenses/Receipts to QuickBooks Online 

  • Simple graphics creations (Canva)

  • Simple updates on your website (Squarespace or Wix)                                                             This list is not all-inclusive.

How Does the VIP Experience Work?

  • The VIP Experience is priced at $750 and includes a 1-hour pre-work call, an average of 6 hours of dedicated work on your business, a 1-hour post-work call, and 30 days of email and messaging support post VIP Experience.

  • We can start with a 20-minute complimentary Discovery Call to see if we are a good fit and if the VIP Experience model is right for you, or you can go straight to booking your Pre-Work Call!

  • Book your 1-hour Pre-Work Call, sign the contract, pay a 50% deposit, and receive access to the pre-work questionnaire.

    • Complete your pre-work at least 3 business days before the strategy call.

    • Once homework is complete, you will receive access to my scheduler to book your VIP Day Experience date and the post-VIP day call and pay the balance of the Invoice. (This is the day you will want to clear your schedule.)

  • On the 1-hour Pre-Work Call, we will:

    • review any floater questions from the questionnaire

    • align on the priorities that I will work on during our 6-hour VIP Day together

    • decide on and test out our communication method for the VIP day

    • finalize our day-of plan

  • The day has come - Your VIP Day! You will need to be available "on call" this day through whichever communication method we agreed to use.

    • I work best "behind the scenes" and I will check in to connect with you at various times throughout the day.

    • Work will typically occur from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern Standard time.

  • We will have a 1 hour Post-VIP day call to review the work that was completed and then review the schedule for the next 30 days, if applicable.

  • You will have 30 days of email/messaging support for any questions or issues that come up after the VIP day is completed. This support does not cover additional work that exceeds what was done during the VIP Experience.  If you have additional work that needs to be performed, you will have the option to book another full day or a half day.

What are the terms?

  • Payment Terms: ​​

    • A non-refundable 50% deposit is collected upon booking the Pre-Work Call.

    • Balance is due when booking the VIP Experience Day. 

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • If the Pre-Work questionnaire is not completed at least 3 business days before the Pre-Work Call, we may need to reschedule the call.

    • The Pre-Work Call must take place at least 3 business days before the VIP Experience Day.

    • Once the VIP Experience Day is scheduled, clients can reschedule up to twice in 60 days. 

    • This purchase is non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice.  The client's payment is valid for 60 days and must be used within that timeframe.

    • In the event, the VIP Experience Day fails to occur within 60 days, the VIP Experience Day will be terminated. 

    • If the client wishes to reschedule beyond 60 days, the original deposit may be applied to a new booking at the current rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.

    • If I have to reschedule or cancel, I will make every effort to move to a date as early as possible. 

    • If we are unable to reschedule and the cancellation was due to no fault of the client, a refund in the amount of 50% of the total balance, will be issued back to the client.

RETAINER PACKAGES

All invoices will be issued at the commencement of the work and due upon receipt. Ongoing contracts will be invoiced on the 1st of each month after the initial month is processed.
